In order for us to deliver our goods to you in the condition you expect, we need to ensure that products are packaged adequately, while providing a delivery service you can trust. We ensure that customers orders are delivered quickly and efficiently within the agreed time frame. Delivering what we promised relies on external factors which may affect delivery, which we cannot be held responsible for, these factors can sometimes be beyond our control.
All external and internal doors are supplied in accordance with BS EN 942:2007 " Timber in joinery general classification of Timber Quality, all doors must be fitted to the speck of the manufacture.
Please allow up to a maximum of 28 working days for delivery to be made.

We The Posh Door Company have made every effort to ensure that products are shown as true to life as possible, information including images, product descriptions, product specifications and even pricing can only be as accurate as the website, user hardware and user software allows. Note: all door images generally utilise a standard 1981x762x35mm (78"x30") door as the main product image. This is an industry standard and some slight variation may occur in design for smaller or bigger sizes.
If the Doors are Bowing twist/cup and warping these are not considered to be defects unless they exceed the following tolerances. Warping: 6mm in the plane of the door itself. Twist/cup: 2mm across the width of the door. Bow: 4mm along the length of the door.
Finally, we cannot 100% guarantee a colour match for a product from an image that is displayed on our website. Graphics and displays hardware can produce slight variations in colours displayed and it's difficult to ensure colours are accurately displayed. The appearance of finished & unfinished doors are not warranted in any event. Natural variations of texture or colour of the timber aren't considered as defects.

All products on The posh door company website are priced in pounds sterling (unless an alternative currency is chosen) and include UK VAT at the current rate. This can be changed to display Euros & GBP by using the toggle switch in the top right of the page.
Your card will be debited when your order is placed and successful, (with the exception of Amazon Payments) as is the case with most other online and high street stores. These funds are subject to the banking system and though we do not receive the funds immediately, we will still honour the order and arrange for dispatch in line with the product lead times on site.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply any item, you will be entitled to a full refund to your card for the full value of the order. This refund will be actioned in accordance with or Return & Refund policy
For Deko orders, we only require the chosen deposit to be paid before the order can be processed. Once we dispatch the goods to you the order is marked as fulfilled, your first monthly payment will be approximately 30 days from this date. Full details are given when the order is placed.
For Amazon Payment orders, we will collect payment from your Amazon payment wallet as soon as the items are dispatched.
When purchasing goods online from our website, we require all customers to register a few selected details shown on the registration page. These details are used as part of our fraud screening procedures, which all orders are subject to.
